Portugal is on the verge of a new international bailout - João César das Neves

The economist, João César das Neves, said this morning, 

at the PSD parliamentary seminars, that he believes that there is the possibility 

that Portugal will need a fourth international rescue programme, 

according to the Diário de Notícias newspaper (DN).

"We are on the verge of a new bailout for Portugal, 

and it would certainly be a much greater crisis than the previous one," he said. 

César das Neves said that "growth in Portugal is an archaeological issue," 

showing several charts to illustrate his idea. 

"Portugal is a country of tax evasion," he added, 

saying that tax evasion this is already a cultural issue.

The economist criticizes, without shame, 

what is happening in Portugal, stating that this is 

"the most unequal country in the most egalitarian part of the world" 

with "a miserable productivity." 

"Do you want safe paths for sustainable economic growth?  

I give'll you this advice: 'trade and industry had for a while huge availability: 

It seemed that the traders did not end up richer. 

All trading companies seemed to be prosperous, 

but many came to realise that it was only an illusory wealth 

and that they were in reality fact impoverished: 

they had distributed and spent equity. 

All these evils have only one cure 

- the stabilization of the currency, 

and this is impossible regardless of the solution of the financial problem.

César das Neves said that "the country is socialist. 

All parties, from the CDS to the Left Bloc, 

it's all socialist."
