José António Seguro,
leader of the opposition Socialist Party
Since November 2011,
the CD-ROM of the Socialist Party seemed to have got stuck on,
"more time, more time, more time".....
Now that the troika has finally conceeded one more year
for Portugal to adjust its collosal deficit
(left-over for the disastrous socialist governance of José Sócrates),
the socialists are still dissatisfied,
coming up with a new thesis,
of a so-called collosal failure,
coming up with a new thesis,
of a so-called collosal failure,
blaming the current government of being unable to comply with
the goals set out by the troika for 2012.
With the constant clamour for more time,
the socialists were under the wrong impression
that in the package of more time, there would also be
MORE MONEY for Portugal,
always opposed by the PM
as it would in fact mean
always opposed by the PM
as it would in fact mean
MORE DEBT
and MORE SACRIFICES for the portuguese.
The socialists got "more time"
which they so fervently demanded,
which they so fervently demanded,
but unfortunately,
the package is empty money-wise.
MORE TIME doesn't mean MORE MONEY!!
MORE TIME doesn't mean MORE MONEY!!
BE CAREFUL WHAT YOU WISH FOR!!
