Mário Centeno, Minister of Finance (nearly ex-minister).
António Domingues ex-president of the State Bank, Caixa Geral
de Depositos
The leftists in power, lie and deceive.
When they are caught out, they find victims,
who they abandon ruthlessly.
Their mouths are full of ideology.
A request made by the CDS, at the end of November,
to request all correspondence, namely emails,
exchanged between the now former CGD president
and the Ministry of Finance, since March 20, 2016
that was "in some way related to the Conditions
for accepting invitations to the new CGD administration ".
In response to this request,
which arrived in the Parliament on January 13,
the chief of staff of the finance minister wrote
that "there were no correspondence exchanges
with the characteristics described."
A statement made by Domingues
during a Parliamentary hearing on January 4, where,
in response to the question about the conditions
agreed with the Minister of Finance,
he assured that "they were guaranteed from the outset"
and that "the Government, from a certain point in time,
no longer had the political conditions to maintain them. "
The Secretary of State, Ricardo Mourinho Félix
confirmed the exemption from the scrutiny:
"Yes, it was intentional, we knew that this
[the end of the public scrutiny of the incomes of the new managers of CGD]
would be a consequence of its withdrawal
from the Statute of the Public Manager."
So knowingly, the socialist government,
with the help of its radical extremist communist parties,
exempted the new administration of the State Bank
to have their incomes and personal assets scrutinised,
as required BY LAW and the CONSTITUTION
of Portugal,
actually CHANGED the law in July,
but only published it in the middle of the parliamentary holidays,
to prevent it from arousing any suspicion
and scrutiny in Parliament.
The documents where, the government agreed
to exempt the new administration
from scrutiny,
are now public knowledge,
but they prefer to find scapegoats to blame
and then withdraw all their support,
letting them fall into disgrace.
Which is the case of António Domingues,
and probably Mário Centeno also.
Mario Centeno keeps on lying,
while the Prime Minister, António Costa,
supports him unconditionally.
Against ALL evidence, and now that EVERYBODY
knows they had lied and are still lying, about the issue,
they are just trying to pull a hat over the public´s eyes!
Portugal´s credibility,
especially with the lies of Centeno and Costa,
lies in tatters internationally.
Who can trust Liars??
