Emergency wards in Portuguese hospitals are overwhelmed
and in complete chaos as patients
wait for more than 18 hours to be seen by a doctor
Hospitals in Portugal have no human means,
to face the crisis due to the influenza epidemic,
which predominant strain (H3N2) is much stronger this year.
On January 2nd, 2017,
573 people died, either of influenza (11 confirmed cases),
the cold spree and associated illnesses.
573 deaths!
That's more than three aeroplane crashes where everyone on board died.
573 deaths!
The socialists used to say,
the previous government destroyed the National Health Service,
well, WHAT DO THEY HAVE TO SAY FOR THEMSELVES NOW?
573 deaths are on the Socialist government's watch!!
With a new law which only allows public servants to work 35 hours a week,
what did they expect?
No doctors or nursing staff available to work, especially over the holiday period,
when most staff are on holiday.
A scandal of giangantic proportions!
573 death in ONE DAY!!
