Costa says: The coalition government's program is "an act of faith"

"They do not present and estimations of their program accounts, 

because they can not do the maths," 

accused the general secretary of the PS. 

The general secretary of the PS, António Costa, said on Friday in Coimbra,

 that the program of "Portugal Ahead" 

of the PSD / CDS-PP coalition is "an act of faith."

"It is easy to say: ~

we believe that we will get there. 

Here, it is not a matter of faith, its politics 

and politics have to do with concrete measures," 

criticized António Costa.

"When we presented the accounts of our program, 

we challenged the coalition to submit theirs, 

but they do not have the program accounts, 

because they can not do the maths" he said. 

According to António Costa, to "turn the page" 

to recover from the "huge setback" 

that was recorded in the last four years, 

can "not be based on miracles." 

The PS program was "rated, 

and studied and all the expenditure calculated,"

Unfortunately for the socialist, 

the coalitions program for the next few years 

have been scrutinized and approved by international agencies, 

and the European Parliament.

It's NO USE trying to throw sand in the eyes of the voters

with these kinds of arguments.

In the last FOUR YEARS, 

Portugal was under the very strict measures of the troika,

who lent us 78 billions euros in an international emergency bail-out, 

to the country, which was on the verge of bankrupcy, 

created by the now "holier-than-thou socialists, 

In these four years, the coalition, 

had to meet all the troika's deadlines, 

in paying millions each time, on pre-determined dates.

The PSD/CDS coalition had to pay back millions in outstanding debts

left by the spent-thrift socialists,

millions in the area of health, education, social security and 

every other state department and municipality who were all bankrupt.

Unfortunately for the socialists, who have an international

reputation, 

of NOT BEING ABLE TO mangage money.

Oh!! they know how to spend it for sure, as long as it's the taxpayers money.

The socialists are even indebted in their own party, 

with millions of euros owed to suppliers

To believe in Costa, Sócrates, Ferro Rodrigues, Mário Soares etc, 

is in fact "AN ACT OF FAITH" 

Their proven record speak for itself: 

THREE BANKRUPCIES, 

under their belts.

Nothing to be proud of and much less to point a finger

to those who have 

NOT TURNED THEIR BACKS TO THE DIFFICULTIES, 

those that faced the hardships head-on with courage and determination, 

ignoring all the socialists lobbies, 

and still managed to implement reforms, 

required by the troika.

A miracle is what the PSD/CDS have accommpliced together;

by paying the outstanding socialists debts, 

by gaining and restoring international credibility in Portugal, 

by entering the international markets freely, 

by giving confidence to international investors, 

by bringing Portugal back from the brink of annilation, 

by restoring national pride in the nation, 

which was left without 

HOPE; FAITH OR CONFIDENCE 

for a brighter future.

An act of faith, YES, 

 is what the coalition has accommplished.

No one believed it was possible, 

but with determination and facing all adversaries, 

without the slightest help of the PS or the radical leftists, 

brought Portugal back on track.

A TRUE ACT OF FAITH - A MIRACLE!!
