António Costa,
socialist candidate to be a future Portuguese PM,
has make some very strong statements
in relation to coming to a consensus,
participating in bilateral talks
about social or financial problems facing the country.
He said:
"How many times a day do we have to say
we will not make any agreement with the current government
and its policies
and it is not worth insisting on this question
because we are asked this more than three times a day
and we always respond the same way:
"There won´t be ANY kind of commitment,
convergence or conciliation, or ANYTHING synonymous
to be found in the Portuguese dictionary of the Portuguese language,
for us to ever share the continuity of the right-wing coalition politics".
Hope he will NOT be forced to swallow his words later!!
