Sócrates, ex.PM of Portugal
is held in custody on
serious charges of
money laundering,
corruption,
and fiscal fraud
in a high security prison in Évora.
in a high security prison in Évora.
Known for the "corrupt" governance of his last
mandate, all his cronies and ex-ministers are shocked
and in panic, most probably awaiting
the long arm of justice to come calling in the middle of the night.
Shocked, with trembling voices, they speak of the "pain" they feel,
translated in the panic in their frightened souls.
António Costa, the new Socialist leader,
is particularly vunerable:
he was one of the Ministers of Justice in Sócrates' regime.
He was also Sócrates' right hand ocupying the nr 2 position
in Sócrates' goverment.
Both share an arrogant and aggressive manner.
João Calamba, always arrogant and combatatively aggressive in defending
his lord and master, Sócrates,
was a shadow of himself today, pale, with shadows under his eyes
was a shadow of himself today, pale, with shadows under his eyes
speaking in a fearful, trembling voice.
The long arm of Justice comes calling,
slowy but surely.
Portugal is watching!!
slowy but surely.
Portugal is watching!!
