The "bogus" future candidate to Prime Minister, the mayor of Lisbon, António Costa

As ex-PM, ex-President Mário Soares' henceman, 

António Costa has "stabbed" the current 

Socialist leader "in the back", 

by proposing himself as the next PM, 

while the current leader of the party 

is traditionally chosen to form a new government after elections. 

However, António Costa was recently re-elected as mayor of Lisbon.

The Lisbon municipality is the most indebted in the country.

And no wonder!

With a permanent population of 547,631, divided into 24 boroughs, 

(but some days could be up to 3 million, 

counting tourists and people from elsewhere in the country),

the municipality owns 791 vehicles, 

118 motorcycles, 3 GEMs, and 11 Segways.

It employs 440 motorists on a permanent basis,

as well as 2,678 superior technicians, 

of which:

349 architects;

101 social workers;

175 managers;

79 psycologists;

32 designers;

114 sociologists;

149 marketing graduates;

268 civil engineers;

161 historians;

54 geographers;

and lo and behold:

316 lawyers!!

All paid by municipal taxes and bank loans which has brought 

the municipality millions and millions in debt.

And this man wants to rule 

THE COUNTRY??????
