The average portuguese public servant earns at least €1,532 a month
and in most case much more: €2,072, €1,710 etc.
Unlike the private sector,
where workers can be hired and fired with relative ease,
the public servants have the priviledge of having a job for life,
with total job security and lots of perks!
The public servants also have the priviledge of staging strikes,
disrupting the private sectors' lives.
Public servants also receive bonuses, supplements and subsidies,
which increases the amout of money they receive at the end of the month.
Portugal is broke and bankrupt
and much of it is due to the immensely heavy financial burden
of hundreds of thousands of public servants' paycheck, subsidies, bonuses and supplements.
These public servants have become an increasing drain
on the poor state of the economic affairs of this country.
Unfortunately,
public servants don't give a damn about the country's sufferings and sacrifices,
they just want their "acquired rights".
Therefore disrupting everyone's lives with unjustified strikes of all kinds and discription,
giving Portugal a bad reputation!!!!
Rights without an increased responsibility of job quality
and excellence in service to the public is just a pipe-dream!!.
It is absolutely revolting to see just
how irresponsible and careless these strikers
are of the hard-earned tax-payers' money,
which they claim as their rightful birthright!!
MORE RESPONSIBILITY,
BETTER SERVICE AND EQUALITY OF RIGHTS
are some of the things the common people demand
from the State public servants!
