Paulo Macedo,
the Healthcare minister,
has just repaid 1.3billion euros
as part of the National Health Care debt,
left over by the Socialist  Government of José Sócrates.

Payment deadlines due to more than 9,000 suppliers have also been reduced from 231 to 121 days!!

It will take a lot more effort and hard work to repay the colosal outstanding debt.

Thanks to the persistance and hard work of
Minister Paulo Macedo,
as well as the current government,
a silent revolution in debt payment is under way.

All under the most difficult of circumstances,
of international aid assistance,
after the disastrous Socialist government
brought bankruptcy and suffering to Portugal!!
