The new CRIL - and the costs for EP (Estradas de Portugal)

The inauguration of a Ring Road round Lisbon, called CRIL

will cost the State (already in a state of technical bankrupcy),

100 thousand euros.

5 thousand white balloons will cost 2,750 Euros;

150 flags will cost 4,506 euros;

Buses for guests 600 euros;

the ceremony in itself 23,516,50 euros;

500 brouchers with file and credit card 4,450 euros;

120 thousand leaflets 9,000 euros;

publicity in newspapers 9,196 euros;

5 minute film 6,250 euros;

a book about the history and construction

of CRIL 42 thousand euros.

With all these amounts 23% VAT will be added.
