Confessions obtained under torture will lead to death penalty

The USA has just charged six men who were held at Guantanamo and were subjected to brutal torture under interrogation, with murder and crimes against humanity.

Can "confessions" obtained under the continuous cruel and brutal torture be considered of ANY credibility?

Military tribunals will judge these prisoner under an unclear judicial system after the Supreme Court considered the original system as illegal. Some new rights were later added, but it is still unclearly defined.

Meanwhile these men will face sure execution, offering the "victims" of 9/11 the priviledge to watch while these men die.

What gross taste of justice!!
