José Sócrates has just been released from prison in Évora.

His released posed a serious problem to the current contender as PM, 

António Costa.

Sócrates has desperately tried to project himself as a political prisoner.

The current secretary-general of the Socialist has visited him ONLY ONCE 

in prison, trying to ignore his existence.

What the next month hold will bring many surprises.

Sócrates, is a ferosious political animal and will be at his best bad behaviour

during this time in house arrest.

His millionaire apartment had been sold to a pakistani lawyer, 

so he had to be released to the house of his ex-wife, 

Sofia Fava.

The first images of Sócrates, showed him in a worn, 

tattered T-shirt, 

far from his Armani suits and especially made suits, made exclusively

in New York.

Only the future will tell what to expect from this man, 

investigated for corruption, fiscal fraud, and money laundering.
