Socrates' "Sunday" engineering degree not recognised in Paris

The dubious quality of and the fact that José Socrates
obtained his "engineering" degree on Sundays,
was not good enough
to qualify for the minimum requirements
to be admitted
to Sciences Po de Sorbonne of Paris.

His application was rejected!!
TWICE!!

The University offers 3,500 openings per year
for its engineering degree,
with more than 35 thousand candidates.

So, competition is fierce and Socrates' dubious sunday
degree was just not GOOD ENOUGH!!

Shame on the Portuguese educational system
that allows such shabby courses,
with such "semi-fraudulent"
Sunday degrees.

As a Portuguese myself, I would say the shame is even greater if you think we (not me) elected this dishonest (to say the least) man twice to be our prime-minister. It is no coincidence that the country is now in such trouble.
However, the shame goes also to the Sorbonne who, after all, admitted the bastard. Go and figure that?!
