These abandoned ticket vending machines
cost the portuguese tax-payer more than 10 millions euros.
They were installed in railway stations in the Oporto area
destined to sell tickets for trains,
for the metro and for the urban busses.
They have NEVER been used,
they are being vandalised constantly,
and have proofed to be yet
ANOTHER means of "investing" in
useless programmes, which COST millions.
Tax-payers money thrown down the drain!!
