The Portuguese Central Administration's
deficit increased by 200 millions euros
in the last nine months of 2010,
the fiscal revenue
decreased by 7,6 %,
and social security costs
increased by 6%.
It's completely impossible
to reduce the 9.4%deficit
of the GDB of 2009
to the promised
4.6% for 2011.
